J’ai découvert ce plat à l’île de la Réunion d’où il est originaire. C’est un plat composé de saucisses créoles, de riz et de rougail (mélange de tomates, oignons et piments). Il est vrai qu’à la Réunion, le condiment est plutôt très important et épicé.
En général, ce plat est servi avec un peu de rougail, de riz , mais nous on vous laisse découvrir le rougail saisisses pommes de terre.
